Your information is used to process admissions, manage batches, verify payments, respond to enquiries, send confirmations, notify administrators, and coordinate academy communication.
User Privacy
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized academy administrators and service providers needed for operations such as database hosting, email delivery, and payment processing.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Secret keys remain server-side, and payment signatures are verified on the server before an admission record is saved. We do not store card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials.
Data Retention
Admission and enquiry records may be retained for academy administration, legal compliance, accounting, and student support unless deletion is requested and retention is no longer required.
