These terms apply to the use of atp-skating.in, admission submissions, payments, regular batches, and summer camp registrations.
Payment Terms
Monthly fees and camp fees are payable in advance through approved payment methods. Online Razorpay payments must pass server-side signature verification before admission is confirmed.
Refund Policy
Fees are generally non-transferable and non-refundable after batch confirmation. Exceptions may be reviewed by the academy for duplicate payments, failed service delivery, or genuine administrative errors.
Summer Camp Rules
Camp participation requires punctual attendance, safety kit use where applicable, respect for trainers, hydration, and adherence to camp batch timings. Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be adjusted.
Academy Regulations
Skaters must follow trainer instructions, use safe practice behavior, respect other students, maintain discipline, and avoid entering training areas without approval.
User Responsibilities
Users must submit accurate information, keep payment receipts, disclose relevant medical conditions, arrange timely pickup/drop-off, and contact ATP promptly for corrections or concerns.
